What is a 'Home Drive'?

A Home Drive is a place on the network for you to save your files on a remote server instead of your computer.

Benefits to storing your files in your Home Drive

If you store files in your Home Drive, this will alloy you to log into other computers anywhere in the district and access these same files! That's because they are located on a server and not on your computer. Rest assured, you are the only person allowed to access these files.

How do I access my Home Drive?

Mac OS X: Your Dock will have a folder icon that indicates your home drive. If you place your mouse above this folder, it will show your username. Example:
